- Lentil curry with flavored rice
- Blueberry cheesecake with honey and blueberry jam
Wednesday and Saturday Menu:
- Grass pea “Twist” with forest flavors. Finalist dish from the Portuguese Contest "7 Wonders of the New Gastronomy".
- Curgettini with sautéed fresh mushrooms and fresh tomato sauce
- A chocolate nest over a creamy salted caramel
- Cauliflower wings with vegan tartar sauce and sweet chili
- Tofu tataki, wakame seaweed and beet purée
- Pineapple Sous Vide with citrus sorbet
Schedules: Available with 2 Seatings schedules: 1st seating from 7pm to 8:30pm | 2nd seating from 8:30pm to 10pm
