A construção do **Emotional Hotel**e **The Nes****t****, com materiais e arquitetura sustentável**, como revestimento em cortiça no Emotional Hotel, construção total em madeira no The Nest, a opção de grandes vidraças nas zonas comuns e de quartos em ambos os hotéis para garantir um aquecimento "natural" e controlo de temperatura natural, sem uso de controlo artificial;

 
Em ambos os hotéis, toda a fauna e flora **foi preservada, respeitando a Natureza** envolvente;
